Stability. Independence. Purpose.
The Stability Project helps individuals build a foundation for lasting stability, independence, and purpose. Through mentoring, supportive groups, individualized guidance, and practical resources, The Rock Found creates opportunities for participants to grow, build healthy connections, develop resilience, and strengthen the skills needed to navigate life beyond reentry.
The program brings together two connected areas of support: Stability, focused on everyday needs and future goals, and Wellness, focused on personal growth, relationships, and well-being.
Part One: Building Stability
Lasting stability involves housing, meaningful work, education, reliable transportation, and a community of support. We work alongside participants to identify their needs, recognize their strengths, and take practical steps toward greater independence.
Individualized Assessments and Goal Tracking
Participants receive individualized guidance to assess their strengths, needs, and barriers. Together, we establish achievable goals and track progress in areas such as housing, employment, education, relationships, and personal development. Regular check-ins provide opportunities to celebrate progress, address challenges, and adjust next steps.
Innovative projects also explore the factors and signs of progress that contribute to long-term stability, helping participants recognize what supports their growth over time.
Job and Career Development
Employment workshops and individualized guidance help participants prepare for work and explore a longer-term career direction. Support includes identifying strengths and interests, preparing resumes, practicing interviews, navigating job searches, and developing workplace skills.
Participants are encouraged to pursue opportunities that support both immediate income needs and future growth.
Transitional Housing and Community Support
Our transitional housing provides a community setting for individuals returning from incarceration on parole. Participants pay rent, contribute to the household community, and work toward employment and greater financial independence.
Alongside housing, participants receive support navigating employment, education, transportation, and other essential resources. The goal is to help individuals strengthen employment stability, build savings, and prepare for a successful future in the community.
Food Pantry and Essential Resources
The food pantry helps participants meet immediate food needs while working toward their goals. Connections to additional community resources help address everyday barriers that can interrupt progress toward stability.
Part Two: Wellness
Wellness creates space for participants to strengthen their relationships, understand their needs, and develop a deeper sense of purpose. Through one-on-one sessions, supportive groups, coaching, and faith-centered opportunities, participants can explore personal growth while building meaningful connections.
One-on-One Guidance and Personal Growth
Individual sessions offer space to explore boundaries, identify wants and needs, clarify priorities, and work through everyday challenges. Life coaching supports participants as they translate personal goals into practical actions.
Wellness offerings also include:

Authentic Manhood
Presented by the leadership team of Empty To Ministry, Authentic Manhood brings men together for a meal, worship, and a series of teachings focused on becoming better fathers, sons, friends, and brothers.
Through fellowship and shared learning, men have opportunities to reflect on their relationships, grow in faith, and encourage one another.
Women's Bible Study
God's Word, food, and fellowship come together to provide a community for women. This gathering creates room for encouragement, connection, spiritual growth, and shared support as women navigate everyday life.
Parents on a Mission
Parents on a Mission supports participants in becoming loving, respectful leaders for their children. The program encourages parents to consider how their choices, communication, and example can help strengthen family relationships.
Moving Forward Together
The Stability Project connects practical support with opportunities for personal growth. Whether someone is securing housing, preparing for employment, strengthening family relationships, or seeking a supportive community, The Rock Found helps participants take meaningful steps toward stability, independence, and purpose.

Building Stability. Creating Opportunities. Strengthening Futures.
Supporting successful reentry in Weld County since 2015.
Returning to the community after incarceration takes support, opportunity, and a clear path forward. The Rock Found’s Work and Gain Education and Employment Skills (WAGEES) program helps participants build the education, employment skills, and stability needed for successful futures.
As a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit and community partner of the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership, The Rock Found provides coordinated reentry services for individuals on parole who have been assessed as having a medium or high risk of returning to incarceration.
A Personalized Path Forward
Each participant works with a case manager to develop an Individual Service Plan that reflects their goals, strengths, and barriers. Together, they identify practical steps toward education, employment, and greater independence.
Our incentive-based program encourages progress toward meaningful goals while connecting participants with support in these areas:
A Foundation for Lasting Change
WAGEES brings education, employment, and practical support together to help participants move forward with purpose. Through personalized guidance and connections to community resources, The Rock Found supports participants as they rebuild their lives and work toward lasting stability.

WAGEES Young Adults: Building Foundations for Ages 18–24
Finding direction. Creating opportunities. Building a stronger future.
Young adulthood is a time to explore possibilities and build independence. For young people navigating the legal system, interrupted education and barriers to employment can make those next steps harder to take.
The Rock Found supports young adults ages 18–24 who are involved in the justice system and need help completing their education, gaining work experience, and developing a path toward employment and stability.
Through personalized case management, education support, career services, and connections to community resources, our program helps participants identify their strengths and turn their goals into practical steps forward.
A Plan Built Around Each Participant
Every participant works with a case manager to develop an Individual Service Plan based on their interests, strengths, and needs. Goals may include completing high school, earning a GED, exploring a career, gaining work experience, or addressing transportation and housing barriers.
Our incentive-based approach encourages participants as they work toward education, employment, and personal development goals. Ongoing guidance helps them recognize progress, navigate setbacks, and keep moving forward.
Education and High School Completion
For young adults struggling to finish high school, there is more than one path forward. Participants receive guidance in exploring education options that fit their circumstances and long-term goals.
Support may include:
Work Experience, Employment, and Career Services
Participants explore their interests and build the skills needed to enter the workforce with greater confidence. Career services connect immediate employment goals with opportunities for longer-term growth.
Support may include:
Supportive Services That Help Make Progress Possible
Education and employment goals are easier to pursue when everyday needs are addressed. Case managers help participants identify barriers and navigate supportive services and community resources.
Depending on individual needs, eligibility, and resource availability, support may include connections to transportation, housing resources, and other services that help participants attend school, participate in training, and pursue employment.
Moving Forward With Purpose
A young person’s involvement in the legal system does not define their potential. The Rock Found helps participants build on their strengths, develop practical skills, and create a foundation for greater stability and independence.
